3. Booking Terms
3.1 Enquiries and Confirmation
Tour bookings are confirmed only when you receive a written booking confirmation from us and a deposit payment has been received. Enquiries submitted through our contact form do not constitute a booking.
3.2 Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30% of the total tour price) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the tour departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.3 Prices
All prices quoted on this Website are per person based on the stated inclusions and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to update prices at any time prior to the receipt of your booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified to us in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: Deposit forfeited; balance refunded in full.
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
- Within 30 days of departure: 100% of total tour cost (no refund).
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover at the time of booking.
5. Our Responsibility
We are responsible for ensuring that all elements of your booking that we have arranged for you are supplied as described and are of a reasonable standard. Where any element of your booking is not provided as promised due to the fault of our suppliers or ourselves, we will pay you appropriate compensation unless we are prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond our control.
We act as agent for certain independent service providers (hotels, transport operators, local guides). Their own terms and conditions may also apply to your booking.
6. Force Majeure
We will not be liable or pay compensation when any failure to perform our contractual obligations is caused by events which neither we nor our suppliers could foresee or avoid, even if all due care had been exercised. Such events include (but are not limited to): war, civil unrest, natural disaster, pandemic, government action, industrial disputes, severe weather, or terrorist activity.
7. Travel Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is not included in any of our tour packages and must be arranged separately by the traveller. We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering cancellation, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, personal liability and lost luggage before travelling.
8. Travel Documents
You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport and all necessary visas, ETAs and other travel documents required to enter the United Kingdom. We accept no liability for any loss or cost incurred as a result of any failure to obtain or hold valid travel documents.
